Pat Manchester announces he will be a candidate for the Farmington City Council seat in District 4. Manchester is the second person to announce his candidacy in District 4. He will face Janis Jakino in the March elections.
Others could still decide to run, the official filing date for municipal elections is Tuesday, January 9, 2018.
