He has been invited to speak before the National Press Club in Washington D.C. at the National Juneteenth Observation Foundation. June 19, 2016 marks the 151st Anniversary of General Order #3 which emancipated slaves in Texas. Known as Juneteenth, the event celebrates the end of slavery in the United States.
