Farmington Police Chief Steve Hebbe discusses recent changes to the NM Bail Bond system with DistrictAttorney Rick Tedrow and Farmington City Attorney Jennifer Breakell. NM voters approved a constritutional amendment in 2016 that changed bail bond rules but some feel the amendment went too far in allowing accused criminals to be released from custody.
